Trae Crowder, Drew Morgan and Corey Ryan Forrester are back. The wellRED guys packed the club last fall and sold out their shows at the Kennedy Center this summer. Now they're kicking off the holiday season by giving you a great gift: more kick-ass stand-up comedy from a Southern point of view. Their tour keeps picking up steam ... see why for yourself!
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
- Patrons must be 18 or older to attend events or classes at the DC Improv. Any exceptions are clearly noted in the event descriptions on dcimprov.com.
- There is a two-item minimum per ticket. This can be any combination of food items or beverages. Bottled water and soft drinks count as items.
- For our main showroom, the first show of any night is the "early" show. All other shows are "late" shows. Early shows are seated by time of arrival. The earlier you arrive at the club, the greater your seating options will be. Late shows have assigned seating, and assignments are made in order of ticket purchase. The earlier you buy tickets, the better your seats will be (i.e. closer to the stage).
- For our lounge, all shows regardless of start time are seated by time of arrival.
Trae Crowder (The Liberal Redneck), Drew Morgan and Corey Ryan Forrester are stand-up comedy and drinking partners hailing from East Tennessee and North Georgia. The trio have spent the last three years touring nationally to sold out clubs and theaters as the wellRED comedy tour.
Their comedy is about celebrating everything great about the South and telling stories from a place of love. It’s about dancing to country music at a gay wedding. It’s about loving your neighbor whether you have the same religion, skin color, or sexual preference, as long as they cheer for the same college football team (Go Vols!). It's about leaving behind bigotry, but remembering the fried okra.
Trae, Corey and Drew have been featured guests on The View (ABC), Real Time with Bill Maher (HBO), Nightline (ABC), Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell (MSNBC), CNN Tonight with Don Lemon and various programs on MTV, MSNBC, CNN, BBC, Fusion, NPR and SiriusXM. They also co-host their own topical weekly podcast recorded on the road, wellRED podcast, which has reached over 3.5 Million downloads internationally.
