Melissa Villaseñor is a featured castmember on the 42nd season of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. Born and raised in Whittier, CA Melissa began impressions at the age of 12 which led her to the Laugh Factory comedy camp and then stand-up open mics and shows all over the county. She made her television debut on AMERICA’S GOT TALENT and does extensive voiceover acting on Fox’s FAMILY GUY, Cartoon Network’s ADVENTURE TIME and Comedy Central’s TRIPTANK. Last year Melissa opened for Whitney Cummings on her national tour and at the taping of her HBO special. Melissa has been featured on Broadway Video’s Latino-focused digital platform, “Mas Mejor,” which distributes existing and new comedic content targeted to the Latino population as well as general audiences.

Brian McDaniel

Brian can be seen in the Entourage movie, as a regular contributor on CBS’ “The Talk”, as a recurring guest star on "The Young & The Restless" or playing a lowlife on “The Inspectors”, and of course he was a correspondent on TMZ for 8 years. Recently he’s been collecting Best Actor festival awards (three so far) for his role as a drug dealer in “A Midwestern Methamphetamine Fairytale” and collecting victories as an undefeated Roast Battler at the famed Comedy Store in Los Angeles.

Brian grew up in Prince George's county Maryland, riding the bus to school where comedy was the ultimate factor in deciding social status. Mostly, he just tried to avoid being embarrassed by the popular kids and foul-mouthed big-banged girls that ruled the scene. But he was learning by osmosis, picking up on what was funny and what was just swagger, which jokes made everybody laugh, and which ones just unified the cool clique in their superiority. He couples this experience with the pop culture expertise of a TMZ veteran to write material that's incisive, ridiculous, and surprising.

He's got the seat at the back of the bus now, and everyone's laughing.

Other Showtimes

This show is SOLD OUT! (And we mean it. We don't have wait lists or anything like that.)

A DC Improv debut! You’ve heard her voice on countless cartoons, you’ve seen her impressions and sketches on ‘Saturday Night Live.” Now you get to see it all come together on a stand-up stage. Melissa will be performing at the DC Improv for the first time -- one night only, so don’t miss out.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Admission Policies

  • Patrons must be 18 or older to attend events or classes at the DC Improv. Any exceptions are clearly noted in the event descriptions on dcimprov.com.
  • There is a two-item minimum per ticket. This can be any combination of food items or beverages. Bottled water and soft drinks count as items.

Seating Policies

  • For our main showroom, the first show of any night is the "early" show. All other shows are "late" shows. Early shows are seated by time of arrival. The earlier you arrive at the club, the greater your seating options will be. Late shows have assigned seating, and assignments are made in order of ticket purchase. The earlier you buy tickets, the better your seats will be (i.e. closer to the stage).
  • For our lounge, all shows regardless of start time are seated by time of arrival.
